Job Title: Service Ambassador
Job Description:
As a Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring smooth daily operations in the dining area. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be crucial in meeting our high standards of service quality.
Responsibilities:
  • Set up and clear tables promptly and neatly before and after service
  • Take customer orders accurately and input them into the Point of Sales (POS) system
  • Promote standard menu beverages and upsell specialty drinks when appropriate
  • Serve food and beverages to the correct tables in a timely manner
  • Prepare and serve beverages according to bar recipes and standards
  • Ensure customer requests are met by coordinating closely with the team members
  • Uphold hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times
  • Perform general food and beverage operational tasks as required
  • Ensure the bar area is clean, well-stocked, and efficiently organised
  • Stay attentive to customer needs and respond promptly to requests
  • Maintain a positive attitude and cooperate effectively with team members
  • Suggest improvements to enhance service quality and work processes
