Customer Service Representative

This is a key role in our organization where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support.

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • To provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • To process and coordinate customer orders, applications, and requests efficiently.
  • To handle customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • To ensure customer satisfaction through professional support and follow-up actions.
  • To liaise with internal departments and stakeholders on customer orders and enquiries.
  • To maintain a good understanding of our products and services.
  • To update product item codes in the system and manage product expiry dates effectively.
  • To assist in scheduling delivery routes as required.
Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good knowledge of our products and services.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15am to 5:00pm (with alternate Saturdays).
