Partnership & new business development manager

As a member of our fast-growing business development team, we are seeking an ambitious and energetic BD & Partnership Manager to help us expand our client baseIn this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities on a global scale. From understanding customer needs to driving growth in our sales funnel, you will identify client demands and present our value proposition accordingly. You’ll work closely with all internal departments and have direct access to strategic and business decision-makers. If you have a background in business development, thrive in dynamic environments, and are passionate about building solid client relationships, pitching, and driving revenue growth, let’s grow together What You’ll Do: Lead client acquisition and relationship building, expanding our business footprint; Manage the entire sales process from identifying leads to negotiating and closing deals; Develop partnerships and collaborate closely with partner teams to identify high-quality leads that align with our product portfolio; Expand our client base by achieving specified growth KPIs and gathering new product insights from key customers; Maintain a robust sales pipeline with the ability to forecast sales revenue accurately; Communicate DCS’s value proposition to C-level executives, finance teams, and decision-makers, conducting product demonstrations; Identify emerging markets and market changes, keeping fully informed and up-to-date on new products and competitor activities; Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and continued success. Who You Are: At least 5 years of proven experience in business development and deal conversion within finance, fintech, or Web3 industries; Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business Administration, International Marketing, or Service Marketing; Strong background in building and executing effective BD strategies; Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in fast-paced environments; Ability to identify emerging markets and stay current on new products and the competitive landscape; Outstanding follow-up and execution capabilities; Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment; Excellent written and spoken skills in English; Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin will be an added advantage as the role's coverage includes communicating with Mandarin speaking client base, both internal and external counterparts. #J-18808-Ljbffr
