Key tasks and responsibilities
Annual Salary Review: Manage end-to-end annual salary reviewprocess, ensuring competitive, equitable, and compliant compensationstructures
Market Benchmarking: Conduct job benchmarking using marketcompensation surveys and intelligence to determine appropriate pay rangesby location
Pay Structure Management: Develop, analyse, and maintain pay scales forspecific office geographies, ensuring alignment with market trends andinternal equity
Global Mobility Program: Design and implement global mobilityframeworks, including policy development, market analysis, andcompensation cost projections for international assignments
Relocation & Compliance Coordination: Collaborate with HC Business Partnersto support employee relocations and ensure global compliance in mobilityprocesses
Job Grading:Support the evaluation and maintenance of job grading structures, ensuringconsistency, fairness, and competitiveness across roles
Total Rewards Support: Assist and contribute to Total Rewards related projects, supporting continuous improvement andensuring alignment with overall business objectives
Qualification requirements
Degree in Human Resource Management
Ideally 8 to 10 years of working experience with hands-on work in Total Rewards functions
Skills

Organisation and time management skills
Structured and systematic work approach
Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
