Key tasks and responsibilities Annual Salary Review: Manage end-to-end annual salary reviewprocess, ensuring competitive, equitable, and compliant compensationstructures Market Benchmarking: Conduct job benchmarking using marketcompensation surveys and intelligence to determine appropriate pay rangesby location Pay Structure Management: Develop, analyse, and maintain pay scales forspecific office geographies, ensuring alignment with market trends andinternal equity Global Mobility Program: Design and implement global mobilityframeworks, including policy development, market analysis, andcompensation cost projections for international assignments Relocation & Compliance Coordination: Collaborate with HC Business Partnersto support employee relocations and ensure global compliance in mobilityprocesses Job Grading:Support the evaluation and maintenance of job grading structures, ensuringconsistency, fairness, and competitiveness across roles Total Rewards Support: Assist and contribute to Total Rewards related projects, supporting continuous improvement andensuring alignment with overall business objectives Qualification requirements Degree in Human Resource Management Ideally 8 to 10 years of working experience with hands-on work in Total Rewards functions Skills Good ambassador for the company, pleasant, positive and open Team player, organised and meticulous to details Organisation and time management skills Structured and systematic work approach Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion BW Offshore is committed to providing equal employment opportunities for all.
