Overview
Our client, a renowned organisation with a strong international presence, is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead their Total Rewards and HR Automation agenda. This newly created role will shape compensation and benefits strategies, drive digital HR transformation, and ensure alignment with business priorities and market practices.
Responsibilities
Lead compensation, benefits, performance bonus, and mobility programs, ensuring competitiveness, compliance, and alignment with business needs.
Oversee policy design, benchmarking, and vendor partnerships to strengthen employee value proposition.
Spearhead digitalisation and optimisation of HR processes and systems to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Manage job evaluation, salary benchmarking, and benefits analysis to support decision-making.
Partner with stakeholders on global mobility, statutory requirements, audits, and reporting.
Champion continuous improvement while staying abreast of industry and market trends.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
6-8 years relevant experience in total rewards management, C&B, and HRIS.
Proven expertise in program design and implementation within fast-paced environments.
A team player with high interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent analytical skills (advanced knowledge of Excel).
