Overview Manager, Total Rewards, APAC at SEPHORA. Reporting to the Director, Organization Development & Total Rewards, you will shape and implement total rewards schemes for the region. As part of the regional Total Rewards Center of Excellence, you will work with the business and HR teams to provide year-round consultation on total rewards, leading projects such as job levelling, incentives schemes, annual salary review cycles, compensation and benefits benchmarking, organization design and transformation, and other total rewards initiatives. Responsibilities Co-lead the creation and maintenance of competitive compensation structures and incentive schemes aligned with the organization’s business strategy across South-East Asia and Oceania. Communicate regional compensation strategies, policies and initiatives to regional and market stakeholders. Provide expert guidance and advisory on strategic compensation matters to regional and market stakeholders. Serve as the go-to expert for regional and market HR teams, addressing concerns related to compensation. Project manage the annual compensation review process and support performance management and calibration across markets. Review confidential compensation frameworks, benchmarking, job levelling structures, and incentives schemes. Lead participation and data submission for compensation and benefits surveys; collaborate with HR consulting vendors on market trends. Lead guidance on annual insurance plan and flexible benefits renewal; collaborate with market HR teams to refine policies. Identify enhancements with market HR teams and provide recommendations to improve policies. Support the global benefits project by coordinating with market HR and regional/global C&B teams to share inputs on benefits programs and best practices in the region. Share knowledge of best practices for both design and execution of the benefits spectrum. Plan & Consolidate Financials and Budgets Support the creation and tracking of headcount and payroll budgeting for regional office entities. Collaborate with market HR teams on headcount and payroll budgeting. Assist in preparing and consolidating headcount and payroll planning for regional presentations. Track headcount, department expenses and payroll budget spend monthly. Analyze & Deliver Insights Pertaining to Workforce Planning Support tracking and analysis of workforce metrics and prepare periodic trend reports (e.g., attrition) to deliver actionable insights. Support Regional Projects in Total Rewards Collaborate with regional and market HR teams and business stakeholders on Total Rewards projects such as retail workforce HR projects, salary structure, job levelling, and other initiatives as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field. 8–10+ years of Total Rewards experience at regional level, particularly in compensation and benefits (HR consulting background is a plus). Experience in developing and refining total rewards strategies to attract, retain, and motivate employees. Strong knowledge of current compensation and benefits market trends and HR lifecycle processes. Experience managing HR budgets and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Understanding of payroll fundamentals. Experience in a matrixed, multi-national organization preferred. Strong analytical and critical reasoning skills. Project management experience is beneficial.
