Hiring for HR Generalist Role
We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for a wide range of human resource duties, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, employment contracts, and payroll.
Main Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Coordinate job postings, staff requisitions, and work pass applications.
- Onboarding and Offboarding: Manage orientation, induction, and separation processes.
- Employee Relations: Handle enquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships with employees.
- Employment Contracts: Prepare and issue contracts, extension letters, and other related documents.
- Government Initiatives: Participate in HR-related projects, grants, surveys, and claims.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, with hands-on experience in full-spectrum HR duties.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore labour laws and legislations.
- Experience in technical industries, such as equipment supply or manufacturing, is an advantage.
- MNC environment experience preferred.
- Payroll experience is an added advantage.
- Self-driven, good communication skills, meticulous, analytical, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) proficiency.
- Workday system experience is an advantage.
- Able to start work at short notice.
