
Full Time HR Professional

This is a challenging role in Human Resources, where you will be working with various stakeholders to provide support in the review, development and implementation of policies, plans, processes and programmes.
You will work closely with the Manager and Team Lead to administer and execute HR functions and processes in relation to On/Offboarding. Your responsibilities will also include supporting and improving on-site experience for new hires and leavers through On/Offboarding stages.
You will ensure that services are delivered in line with policies and comply to all relevant Legislation requirement. Delivering the HR activities that meet the service level agreement (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPIs) is also a key part of this role.
In addition, you will maintain HR systems accurately based on agreed procedures and team standards.
We are looking for an individual who has a Min Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline and minimum 0 -2 years in HR or admin. If you have skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, Construction, Legislation, Interpersonal Skills, Arranging, Administration, Service Level, Data Entry, HR Policies, Human Resource, Benefits Administration, Team Lead, HRIS, Administrative Support, Resource Management, Team Player, Human Resources, Screening, Performance Management, we would like to hear from you.

- Maintain accurate records of employee data and personnel files.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports and presentations.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and co-ordinating with candidates.
- Perform other related tasks as required.
