Job Title: Operations Support Assistant
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, ensuring seamless operations within the organization. The role involves providing administrative support, managing logistics, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and logistics support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Manage premise cleaning services and maintain a tidy workplace.
- Support ground operations, including registration and moving supplies.
- Receive and inspect incoming goods.
- Top-up medical items in wards and stores.
- Update store records.
- Make requisitions for replenishment to maintain optimal stock levels.
Facilities Management:
- Administer preventive maintenance programs.
- Oversee maintenance and upkeep of all facility-related assets.
Workplace Safety and Health:
- Coordinate the Workplace Safety and Health team and record incident reports.
- Implement safety regulations and precautions.
- Cordinate with Fire Safety Manager on staff induction in fire safety and evacuation procedures.
Requirements:
