Location & Employment TypeYou will be based at WeWork Prestige Central, Ground Floor, 36, Infantry Rd, Tasker Town, Shivaji Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka , India. The role is full-time and permanent.Probation PeriodFor the initial three months, you will be engaged under a three-month service contract with Givery, Inc. (Japan entity). Following this period, there is a possibility of transitioning to a full-time employment position with either Givery, Inc. (Japan entity) or Givery Technologies Private Limited (India entity). The probationary period is 6 months.Work Arrangement & ScheduleYour work arrangement will be on-site for 5 days a week. Working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with 8 working hours and a 1-hour break. Remote work is available, and the number of days can be negotiated. There is a designated smoking area outside the office. Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and public holidays are off in accordance with company policy and local labor laws.Role OverviewAs a Pre Sales Specialist, you will play a key role as a technical expert bridging the sales team and customers, specializing in AI and Generative AI solutions. Your responsibilities include leading technical discussions, providing deep technical insights, conducting solution demonstrations, overseeing Proof of Concept (PoC) projects, and ensuring successful client engagements and deal closures.Key Responsibilities- Provide technical expertise and conduct detailed presentations and demonstrations focusing on AI and Generative AI solutions.- Engage in advanced technical discussions with prospects and clients, addressing complex questions and solution capabilities.- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions.- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, proposals, and presentations.- Maintain deep technical knowledge of Generative AI trends and educate internal teams and clients about AI technologies.- Work collaboratively with sales, engineering, and product management teams to ensure alignment in customer engagements.QualificationsYou should have over 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer or in a Pre-Sales role within B2B software environments, preferably with a focus on AI or Generative AI. Solid experience in software engineering with demonstrable coding and development capabilities is required. A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields is preferred.Preferred Skills & Experience- Proven ability to conduct complex technical presentations, demonstrations, and POCs.- Ability to independently develop, code, and demonstrate customized AI solutions.- Previous work experience in AI-driven software companies or startups.Compensation & BenefitsThe annual salary ranges from approximately 15.0 Lacs to 20.0 Lacs INR with additional incentives.
