Job Description Drive operational efficiency across the APAC sales organization. Oversee CRM utilization, data integrity, and reporting accuracy. Establish KPIs and dashboards to track regional performance. Lead forecasting, business reviews, and sales reporting. Design and implement scalable sales processes and workflows. Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and IT for seamless operations. Manage a team of sales operations professionals and ensure compliance with regional and global standards. Leverage data and analytics to inform strategic decisions and continuous improvement. The Successful Applicant 10+ years of experience in sales operations, ideally in distribution or logistics. Proven leadership experience managing regional teams and cross‑functional projects. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred). Expertise in change management within multicultural environments. Familiarity with supply chain principles and SaaS fulfilment models. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
