DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The APAC Solutions and Services Director is responsible for overseeing the delivery, optimization, and innovation of technical services and solutions across a defined geographic region. This role bridges engineering, customer success, and business strategy to ensure scalable, high-performance service operations. This role has accountability for driving services revenue in the APAC region. The position will lead the regional delivery team, driving strategic initiatives, building scalable frameworks, and elevating the technical pre‐ and post‐sales function across APAC. It combines hands‐on solution leadership with strategic oversight, managing a diverse regional professional services organization that includes integration, implementation, project management, training, support, and managed services while shaping the go‐to‐market and enablement strategies that power growth in the cybersecurity business. The role reports directly to the Regional Vice President of APAC with a dotted line to the VP of Global Services. As The APAC Solutions and Services Director, You Will Leadership & Strategy Lead, manage, and grow the delivery and pre‐ and post‐sales solutions team, fostering collaboration and innovation. Define and execute the strategic vision and operating model for the delivery team to drive consistency, efficiency, and scalability across regions. Build and optimize frameworks, processes, and best practices to support regional and global business objectives. Partner with executive leadership to align with the business and partner ecosystem. Responsible for driving APAC services revenue. Solutions Development & Enablement Define and implement regional service architecture and solution frameworks aligned with global standards. Lead pre‐sales and post‐sales technical engagements, including solution design, integration, and customization. Manage deployment, support, and lifecycle maintenance of technical solutions across enterprise clients. Develop and maintain solution use cases in collaboration with vendors, partners, and internal SMEs. Define and lead the services strategy across the APAC Region to complement vendor programs, increase partner margin potential, and drive new revenue streams. Develop a comprehensive, modular, and scalable service catalog covering solution design, implementation, support, training, and managed services, with offerings for direct, co‐branded, and white‐label delivery. Spearhead the solutions training and development, including strategizing, designing, and executing training initiatives that uplift the team's solution‐selling and technical capabilities. Guide specializations within the teams to deepen expertise across cybersecurity domains (e.g. Network Security, Identity, Cloud Security, Threat Intelligence). Ensure consistent solution quality and technical excellence across pre‐sales engagements. Sales & Go‐to‐Market Alignment Partner with Sales Leadership to develop and execute regional sales strategies, aligning technical and commercial resources to maximize win rates. Collaborate with Marketing and Channel teams to drive business development and go‐to‐market initiatives. Build and strengthen relationships with strategic partners and technology vendors, driving joint solution innovation and co‐selling opportunities. Collaborate with vendor stakeholders to create joint service offerings that drive product adoption, enhance customer success, and differentiate solutions in a crowded marketplace. Deepen relationships with key channel partners by co‐developing offerings aligned to their go‐to‐market strategies and customer base, serving as a trusted advisor to help evolve their services capabilities. Team Leadership & Development Hire, lead, and mentor a high‐performing team of Solution Architects and Pre‐Sales Engineers across APAC. Foster cross‐functional collaboration with sales leaders, vendor alliance managers, and marketing teams to integrate services into go‐to‐market motions. Drive both personal and technical development through structured learning paths, certifications, and mentorship. Promote a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and collaboration. Establish clear KPIs for performance, customer engagement, and operational excellence. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE The Ideal APAC Solutions and Services Director Minimum 12+ years of experience in cybersecurity, enterprise technology, or cloud solutions, with at least 5 years in regional leadership roles. Proven success leading large, distributed technical teams across multiple markets. Brings experience developing revenue‐driving services strategies and a strong understanding of solution selling frameworks, pre‐sales processes, and enterprise customer engagement models. Demonstrated ability to build frameworks, programs, and scalable solution architectures. Experience collaborating with vendors and channel partners in developing joint go‐to‐market plans. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to influence across technical and executive levels. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCSP, etc.) preferred.
