DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role
The Sales Operations Director APAC will be responsible for driving operational excellence across the sales function within APAC. This role ensures alignment between sales strategy, execution, and performance metrics, while optimizing processes, tools, and resources to support revenue growth and customer satisfaction. This role reports directly to the Regional Vice President APAC.
As the APAC Sales Operations Director, you will:
Monitor sales performance and provide actionable insights to improve effectiveness.
· Streamline sales processes and workflows to enhance productivity and reduce inefficiencies.
· Oversee CRM utilization, data integrity, and reporting accuracy.
· Establish KPIs and dashboards to track regional sales performance
· Oversee sales reporting, forecasting, and performance dashboards.
· Lead quarterly business reviews and forecasting activities.
· Design and implement scalable sales processes and workflows.
· Provide actionable insights to improve sales effectiveness and revenue growth.
· Lead a team of sales operations professionals.
· Work closely with Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and IT to ensure seamless operations.
· Lead back-office operations to ensure consistent, high-quality Operations service delivery across the region.
· Oversee and continuously enhance core Operations processes, leveraging data, feedback, and innovation to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
· Drive alignment and transparency across regional stakeholders, including Country Managers and the APAC regional leadership team.
· Collaborate actively with other regions and global functions to ensure alignment with global standards, share best practices, and support the overall business strategy.
· Co-develop and implement the Operations strategic roadmap for the Northern Region in partnership with the North Leadership Team.
· Leverage data and analytics to assess the impact of initiatives, inform decision-making, and drive strategic improvements.
· Ensure full compliance of all back-office operations with local legislation and Exclusive Networks' global policies.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you
The ideal APAC Sales Operations Director :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably within a distribution or logistics environment.
- Proven leadership experience managing regional teams and cross-functional projects.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven expertise in change management, particularly within multicultural and cross-functional environments.
- Deep understanding of NetSuite and end-to-end Operations processes.
- Highly structured approach to data management and reporting, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively advise and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Practical, hands-on mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
- Resilient and adaptable working style, capable of navigating dynamic and fast-paced matrixed organisations.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills to align cross-functional teams and priorities.
- Data-driven decision-maker, leveraging analytical skills to align operational goals with broader business objectives.
- knowledge of compliance requirements, particularly within multinational organizations.
- Fluent in English; additional local languages are a plus.
- Experience in B2B distribution or wholesale sectors.
- Familiarity with supply chain and inventory management principles.
