Lead and manage cross-functional transformation initiatives aligned with company strategy.

Develop and execute transformation roadmaps, focusing on process improvements and operational efficiency.
Process Optimization & 80/20 Focus:
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement the 80/20 principle to maximize value and streamline operations.
Optimize product portfolios to focus on high-impact products and services.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration:
Coordinate with senior leadership and department heads to ensure successful program execution.
Foster a culture of collaboration to support process adoption and continuous improvement.
Continuous Improvement & Reporting:
Establish KPIs to track the success and impact of transformation initiatives.
Regularly report progress and insights to senior leadership for ongoing improvement.
Leadership & Change Management:
Lead and mentor teams in adopting best practices and driving continuous improvement.
Champion change management, ensuring smooth transitions and employee buy-in.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Financial Management, or a related discipline.
At least 3 years of experience in transformation management or process improvement (additional experience is an advantage).
Fluency in both written and verbal English.
Proven ability to work with tact, diplomacy, confidentiality, and discretion.
Strong social and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
High curiosity and a keen interest in researching and studying new business projects.
Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects and driving change.
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in data analysis, Excel, and experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
