We are seeking a Business Transformation and Efficiency Manager to join our team at Kuok (Singapore) Limited. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business performance improvement through effective alignment of resources, technologies, and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business transformation roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and design and implement new processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Apply Lean Principles and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and policies.
  • Review and maintain metrics to measure progress towards business transformation goals and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management or relevant discipline.
  • At least 5-8 years of relevant industry experience in Company operations.
  • Proven track record in managing operational excellence, process improvement, and/or related leadership roles.
  • Well-versed in the application of Lean Management, Six Sigma, Value-Stream Mapping and/or other Operations Excellence tools.
  • Experience in conceptualization and roll-out of company-wide Operations Excellence programs.
