Requirements

Bachelor's degree (or higher) with a minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in data analytics and business intelligence is required for this role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as highly numerate with keen eye for details and accuracy, are also essential.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to explain complex concepts with simplicity, are necessary for this position. Additionally, the successful candidate should be able to present and communicate to senior management effectively and handle difficult conversations with stakeholders with discerning tact.

Growth mindset and open to transformation capabilities in the organisation are also desirable traits for this role. Well-versed with data analytics and data management tools and platforms, highly proficient with data wrangling, analytic, transformation and feature engineering using programming tools such as Spark, Python or R, and excellent knowledge of SQL are all required.
