Roles & Responsibilities

Required

- 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or solution design, with at least 5 years in Salesforce implementations.

- Deep understanding of insurance business processes and regulatory requirements with focus on Distribution and Agency journey transformation\

- Proven experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integration tools (Apigee, MuleSoft, Kafka).

- Salesforce certifications: Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect.

Preferred

- Experience with InsurTech platforms and digital transformation programs.

- Familiarity with SOC 2, data privacy, and compliance frameworks.

- Knowledge of tools like JIRA, MS Visio, and OneView.
