Salesforce Insurance Solution Architect- Singapore

As a Salesforce Insurance Solution Architect, you will lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions tailored to the insurance industry. You will act as a strategic advisor to business and technology stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical execution across Agency transformation and customer engagement.
OverviewRole focuses on defining and delivering Salesforce-based solutions for insurance distribution and agency journey transformation, with emphasis on integration to core systems and multi-cloud capabilities.
Responsibilities- Define and own the end-to-end Salesforce architecture for Agency journey and related insurance solutions, including integration with core systems (PAS, billing, claims, reinsurance).
- Lead solution ideation, feasibility analysis, and fit-gap assessments for new initiatives.
- Develop architecture guardrails and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in insurance domains such as life, health, and general insurance, with a focus on Distribution transformation areas across the Agency lifecycle (Recruitment, Training, Leads Management, Performance Management, Reporting and Analytics).
- Leverage platforms like Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud to deliver digital, omni-channel experiences.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and integration patterns.
- Guide development teams on best practices for Apex, Lightning Components, APIs, and data modeling.
- Oversee solution implementation, customization, and deployment.
- Collaborate with business units, product owners, and project managers to align solution design with business objectives.
- Present architectural decisions and roadmaps to senior leadership and enterprise architecture committees.
- Establish and enforce solution design standards, reusable components, and documentation practices.
- Conduct design reviews, performance assessments, and security audits.
Required
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or solution design, with at least 5 years in Salesforce implementations.
- Deep understanding of insurance business processes and regulatory requirements with focus on Distribution and Agency journey transformation.
- Proven experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integration tools (Apigee, MuleSoft, Kafka).
- Salesforce certifications: Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect.
Preferred
- Experience with InsurTech platforms and digital transformation programs.
- Familiarity with SOC 2, data privacy, and compliance frameworks.
- Knowledge of tools like JIRA, MS Visio, and OneView.
