Role MissionWe are seeking a product owner to drive the evolution of our global and regional website into a revenue-generating strategic asset. You will own the vision, roadmap, and integration of SEO into our product DNA to simplify complex B2B buyer journeys and fuel growth across international markets.
Reports to: Digital Growth Director
Key Responsibilities Strategic Vision & Roadmap Ownership- Define and champion a unified global website vision aligned with enterprise growth goals.
- Own end-to-end global and regional roadmaps (Now/Next/Later framework), prioritising initiatives by business impact, compliance needs (GDPR), and market nuances.
- Bridge global strategy with local execution: Empower regional teams to adapt roadmaps while maintaining brand/UX consistency.
- Embed SEO strategy into development lifecycles (grooming, planning). Act as "quarterback" for technical SEO (Core Web Vitals, crawlability), content optimisation, and analytics.
- Own KPIs: Organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversion paths, MRR influenced by SEO.
- Architect frictionless journeys for multi-stakeholder B2B buyers: Integrate self-service tools (reordering portals, demo scheduling), thought leadership (whitepapers, webinars), and CRM/ERP systems.
- Ensure mobile-first UX, compliance, and security (GDPR, secure hosting).
- Build a "shared brain": Align executives, engineering, marketing, and regional leads on roadmap priorities through data-driven storytelling.
- Lead without authority: Resolve conflicts, secure resources, and foster SEO-first culture across teams.
- Proven B2B Website Leadership: 5+ years scaling enterprise B2B websites that drove measurable revenue (cite MRR/CAC impact).
- SEO-Product Hybrid Expertise: Track record embedding SEO into agile development; fluency in technical SEO, analytics (GA4, SEMrush), and business-case modelling.
- Global Roadmap Mastery: Experience balancing global strategy with regional adaptation across 3+ markets.
- Technical Integration Acumen: Hands-on experience with CMS (e.g., WordPress), CDNs, and CRMs.
- Stakeholder Influence: Skilled at aligning C-suite, engineering, and cross-cultural teams using data.
- Digital-First Mindset: Proven fluency with modern digital tools (AI, analytics, automation) and curiosity for emerging tech.
- Impact: Directly shape a digital revenue channel.
- Scale: Lead website strategy for 4+ global regions.
- Innovation: Experiment with GenAI, predictive analytics, and Search Generative Experience (SGE).
