**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
Website Designer plays a crucial role in supporting Elfie's mission to fight chronic disease. You'll amplify Elfie's message of empowering users to monitor their health through a gamified, rewarding experience. By creating engaging content and implementing effective social media strategies, you'll help increase brand awareness, drive user acquisition, and foster a supportive community of health-conscious individuals across Elfie's global markets.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Create and manage multiple pages on Elfie's website, including marketing pages, support sections, and FAQs, ensuring consistent branding and user experience across all pages
- Oversee and maintain multiple websites for Elfie's various market presences, adapting content and design to meet local market needs and preferences while maintaining brand consistency.
- Develop high-quality, SEO-focused content for all websites and pages, implementing keyword strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic across different markets.
- Implement strategies to increase Elfie's online credibility through acquiring quality backlinks from reputable sources in the health and wellness industry across
- Utilize Webflow to design, update, and maintain Elfie's websites, ensuring responsive design and optimal performance across devices for all market-specific sites
- Manage technical aspects of all websites, including site structure, XML sitemaps, and robots.txt files. Monitor website traffic and user behavior across multiple markets, using analytics to inform content strategy and optimize performance for each site.

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field, with minimum 4 years of experience in website management for multiple markets. Proven track record of successful SEO implementation and content strategy development
- Strong skills in Webflow or similar platforms, SEO practices, and web analytics tools. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required
- Excellent writing and editing skills for creating engaging, SEO-optimized content. Proven ability to manage multiple websites across different markets, adapting content for local needs.
- Strong communication skills for working effectively with various stakeholders across markets.

Elfie is the first completely free, gamified mobile app that rewards users for monitoring their health. Our vision is to become the world's largest self-reported medical record platform, supporting all therapeutic areas in a single, gamified, and free app for maximum impact.

We have a footprint in 7 countries (Brazil, France, United Kingdom, Turkey, Egypt, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Vietnam), growing to 12 by the end of 2024 and 25 by the end of 2025.

ElfieWorks is designed and distributed in partnership with a global insurance broker and partner insurers.
