Job Description

We're looking for a Website Designer with deep Webflow experience and an unshakable passion for impact. You're someone who doesn't just design websites—you tell stories, shape brands, and bring ideas to life for people who have everything to say but not always the tools to say it.

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and maintain Webflow websites that are clean, responsive, and accessible
  • Co-create brand-aligned digital experiences for early-stage startups tackling real-world problems
  • Build and manage landing pages, micro-sites, and CMS-driven projects within Webflow
  • Optimise for speed, accessibility (WCAG), SEO, and mobile-first performance
  • Translate rough concepts or low-fi direction into polished, production-ready sites
  • Be proactive—contribute ideas, challenge assumptions, and take pride in every build

What We're Looking For

  • A very strong portfolio of Webflow websites, with examples that demonstrate clarity, function, and emotion
  • Someone who can take initiative, work solo or in a small team, and thrives in early-stage environments
  • Deep understanding of responsive design, layout systems, and visual hierarchy
  • A commitment to impact, equity, and building with purpose
  • You believe in accessibility, clean code (even in no-code), and ethical design

Nice to Have

  • Experience mentoring or working with young people or social impact teams
  • Skills in Figma or Adobe XD
  • Light animation or interaction design in Webflow
  • Bonus: You've built something for or with a marginalised community
