About Us:
RRRTS is a rapidly growing creative brand specializing in personalized gift solutions through both physical stores and a dynamic online platform. We are dedicated to delivering thoughtful, artistic, and technologically innovative products that stand out in the market. As we scale, we’re seeking a Website Manager who can lead the entire lifecycle of our website—from frontend design to backend development, plugin integration, user experience, and product functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the RRRTS website across all aspects including design, development, maintenance, and updates.
- Lead the frontend design of the site with a focus on visual excellence and user experience aligned with the brand’s identity.
- Manage backend development and integrations including e-commerce functionality, order management, analytics, CRM tools, and more.
- Implement and optimize multimedia plugins (e.g., for DIY customization, image/video uploads, live preview tools).
- Improve user journey and conversion rates through experience-driven optimizations.
- Ensure brand consistency and a seamless digital experience across devices.
- Participate in product and feature definition, collaborating closely with internal teams and developers.
- Leverage personal or partner resources for technical development, hosting, plugin sourcing, or platform support.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience managing e-commerce or custom-built websites (Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress, or custom platforms).
- Strong technical knowledge in frontend (HTML/CSS/JS) and backend systems and plugin architecture.
- Experience with UX/UI principles, conversion funnel design, and customer interaction strategies.
- Familiarity with integrating third-party tools such as payment gateways, ERP, marketing automation, and analytics.
- Product management mindset with the ability to define, scope, and lead digital feature launches.
- Excellent aesthetic judgment with the ability to supervise or collaborate with designers.
- Independent problem-solving skills and a sense of ownership.
- Bonus: Has existing supply chain or tech development contacts to accelerate execution.
