Accountant/ Senior Finance & Accounts Executive Job Title: Accountant/ Senior Finance & Accounts Executive Location: Mapletree Business City @ Pasir Panjang Type: Full-time About Us: SuperX AI is the leading infrastructure solutions provider for the hyperscale DC building the next generation of AI factories. We are a full stack provider supporting DC buildout to AI server, electric system including HVDC (High-Voltage Direct Current), liquid cooling systems, and the provisioning and building the AI Cloud for our customers. About the Role: As a fast-growing AI startup based in Singapore, we are building a robust finance team to support our growth and ensure sound financial governance. We are looking for an Accountant/ Senior Finance & Accounts Executive with strong fundamentals and a keen eye for detail to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring compliance with Singapore accounting standards, and supporting financial reporting and analysis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment, enjoys mentoring junior staff, and is passionate about building robust financial systems from the ground up. You'll play a key role in ensuring compliance, accuracy, and strategic financial insight as we scale. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Oversee 3-ways-match checking for AP and AR and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and timely into financial system. Preparation of monthly management accounts and assist in quarterly and annual reporting. Manage budgeting and forecasting processes. Monitor and ensure accuracy and control of the fixed asset register. Work together with Procurement/ Logistics on the accuracy of inventory balances . Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, SFRS standards and IRAS regulations. Maintain local tax returns, including GST submissions on timely basis. Assist with preparation of audit and submission of statutory accounts. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation. Monitor cash flow and support treasury functions. Use cloud accounting software (e.g., Xero, Dynamics, or similar) for transaction tracking and reporting. Collaborate with internal teams to support financial planning and analysis. Guide and mentor junior staffs, review their works and support their development. Requirements Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; preferably CPA/ACCA/relevant professional certifications. 5–7 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a startup or tech environment. Strong understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and GST regulations. Willing to hands-on with operational tasks and system/ policy setup. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Detail-oriented with proactive and enthusiastic attitude. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
