to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that customers have a great experience by providing excellent service, product knowledge, and sales support as well as great planning to ensure smooth deliveries are made.
Responsibilities:
Two main aspects:
Delivery & Kitchen Operations
Coordinate with kitchen and operations (delivery) team to ensure timely production and delivery of orders
Daily & Monthly consolidation of data
Kitchen data includes Temperature; ordering supplies; cleaning schedule; equipment replacement
Delivery Data includes departure and ready timing; setup location updates; setup checks; comments if any
Ensure accuracy of order quantities and setup style and arrangements (Update order completion status and stills for references)
Establish and maintain appropriate filing system for data consolidated
Track; manage & plan driver off days; leaves; deliveries status
Bi-weekly cash card; vehicle engine bay; wheels; and mileage and condition documentation
Month end inventory check for vehicle accessories and supplies
Order Fulfilment
Assist clients in menu selection and proposal/quotations
Manage Website (Upload new menus, promotions, contact details, customer profile)
Responsible for all in-coming and out-going orders
Calendar management
Prepare sales invoices; Delivery orders and relevant recurring billings
Raise Refund; rebates or waiver request
Liaise with external service providers (Pest control; Grease trap; Maintenance services & office supplies)
Coordinate and work closely with Order Fulfilment team member
Requirements
Singaporeans only
Proficiency in: Microsoft (Excel, Outlook, OneNote).
Minimally a Degree Holder of any field
Knowledge of visual basic to write macros for automation
Customer-oriented, Good interpersonal & communication skills
Good command of linguistics & writing skills
Ability to speak Bahasa Malay to communicate with Bahasa speaking clients
