Responsibilities
Leverage diverse sourcing techniques and platforms to attract and identify top talent.
Conduct initial assessments and screen candidates for suitability.
Present qualified candidates and prepare them for client interviews.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.
Build and maintain strong networks of high-caliber candidates, ensuring a positive experience.
