About the Role

The Talent Sourcing Specialist is a vital team member responsible for managing the entire candidate management process, delivering exceptional hiring experiences and outcomes. This role requires strong collaboration with internal teams to develop robust candidate pipelines, utilizing their expertise to source top talent from various platforms.

  • Develop a deep understanding of the talent market and specialized requirements, applying knowledge to cultivate awareness through positive candidate outreach.
  • Manage candidate management tools effectively, ensuring seamless recruitment processes.
  • Broaden market intelligence by identifying talent trends and contributing to knowledge sharing across the organization.
  • SOURCE and recruit candidates through various platforms, leveraging networks to build relationships and drive growth.
  • Guide candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring an excellent candidate experience and fostering a positive employer brand.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A tertiary education in any discipline, preferably with at least one year of work experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Curiosity and drive for knowledge, with an interest in technology and changes in the working world.
  • Empathy, sincerity, and integrity, with the ability to connect meaningfully with people from various career levels.
  • Good level of perception, able to conduct own research to find answers.
  • Coachable attitude and ambition toward continual professional development and self-improvement.
  • Tenacity and resilience, ability to stay optimistic and self-motivated in the face of challenges.
  • Sense of initiative, and the ability to work with a certain level of ambiguity.
  • Good command of English, and excellent professional communication skills.
