Job Responsibilities You will be the primary interface and strategic People & Culture business partner for assigned functions in Global Business Function. You will work closely with the business, supporting their needs across the full spectrum of Human Resources including compensation & benefits, performance management, learning and development, employee relations and budgeting etc. You will partner with internal and external stakeholders and provide advice pertaining to HR issues as well as comprehensive HR solutions to organizational issues proactively. You will ensure HR policies are implemented according to established guidelines. You are also expected to execute HR initiatives and programs effectively and be involved in continuous process review/ improvement projects. You will also be involved in initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline At least 8 years of broad HR experience gained in MNCs or large organizations Ability to engage internal and external stakeholders and partners Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proactive, meticulous, able to multi-task and prioritize Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications Knowledge of Workday and Power BI will be an advantage Creative mindset with a passion for people and culture Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Human Resources Industries Professional Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
