Job Title: Operational Excellence Support Specialist

As an Operational Excellence Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in driving business performance and efficiency. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support in preparing strategic documents, such as minutes, KPI reports, and presentations.
  • Facilitating communication and coordination within the team and across departments by handling routine inquiries and tasks.
  • Coordinating logistics for events, including Kaizen Presentation Meetings held twice a year.
  • Offering critical support for business review preparation, ensuring all materials are ready and of high quality.
  • Collecting, analyzing, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of process improvements to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Providing support for various operational excellence projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Keeping documentation related to processes, procedures, and project updates, as well as communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of working experience, preferably in administrative support.
  • A diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with English proficiency at work level (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with Sharepoint, including creating and customizing SharePoint sites, managing permissions, and utilizing collaborative features like workflows.
  • The ability to work independently under minimal supervision within a team environment.
  • A high level of professionalism and integrity.
