Assist in registration of relevant services required by customers
Responding to all incoming enquiries with accurate information

Uphold excellent customer service standards and professionalism as according to organisation standards
Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate smooth completion of customer requests
Participate in customer service-related projects when necessary
Requirements:
Candidates should preferably possess a minimum ’O’ Levels certificate or any equivalent professional qualifications
Brings along at least 1 year of working experience in a call centre environment across various function
Customer service centric
A team player
