Order Fulfillment and Customer Service Executive

Job Responsibilities:
Manage price quotation, order fulfillment, and backorder/backlog management for SEA countries.
Provide quotations to customers according to the agreed price model.
Ensure order fulfillment within required timing, issue invoices timely, and manage AR aging.
Closely manage backorders/order backlog by working with part supply planners/logistic teams.
Engage with customers in issue/discrepancy escalation and resolution.
Maintain excellent customer relations and uphold KPI standards.
Conduct internal process audits and ensure compliance.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
GCE A Levels/Higher Nitec/Diploma.
Minimum of 1 year of supply order fulfillment/customer service experience.
Strong people management and communication skills.
Knowledge of computer spare parts supply chain is an added advantage.
Ability to take initiative and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferably knowledgeable in SAP and proficient in Microsoft Office.
