Customer Service Officer (Order Fulfilment)
Job Description:
- Handle customer inquiries related to orders, shipping, and delivery timelines.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- To manage order processing, ensure timely delivery, and provide excellent customer support
- Track and monitor shipments, proactively addressing any delivery issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order details.
- Prepare reports on order processing, delivery performance, and customer service metrics.
- Identify and implement process improvements for better efficiency.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- at least 1 year of experience in customer service, order fulfilment, or logistics.
- Strong understanding of order processing systems and/or SAP systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Knowledge of shipping procedures and logistics operations.
