Are you a seasoned HR leader ready to shape the future of work across Asia? We are seeking a Regional HR Lead to partner with our Asia CEO and leadership team, driving strategic and operational HR excellence across the region. This is a high-impact role for a visionary HR professional who thrives in dynamic, multicultural environments.
How You Will Contribute:
As Regional HR Lead you will:
Define and implement the regional people strategy in alignment with global HR priorities.
Partner with regional leaders and employees across APAC to support business goals.
Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and talent pipeline development.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
Ensure accurate payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with Finance.
Coach and support regional leaders to enhance leadership effectiveness.
Drive performance management processes and development planning.
Use HR data and analytics to inform strategic decisions and improve workforce effectiveness.
Lead regional rollout of global HR initiatives, adapting them to local contexts.
Promote inclusion, engagement, and continuous learning across the region.
Key Ingredients for Success
Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role within a regional or global organization.
Deep understanding of HR practices across Asia.
Strong business acumen and ability to align HR with strategic goals.
Exceptional interpersonal, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
Data-driven mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
A results-oriented approach with a track record of delivering impactful HR outcomes
