We are seeking a visionary leader to drive strategic and operational excellence across the Asia region. This is a high-impact role for a seasoned professional ready to shape the future of work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement the regional strategy in alignment with global priorities.
  • Partner with regional leaders and employees to support business objectives.
  • Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
  • Ensure accurate payroll and benefits administration.
  • Coach and support regional leaders to enhance leadership effectiveness.
  • Drive performance management processes and development planning.
  • Use data and analytics to inform strategic decisions and improve workforce effectiveness.
  • Promote inclusion, engagement, and continuous learning.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and regulatory requirements
