Job Description
The Programme Head will work alongside the existing incubation teams in the region and be primarily responsible for:
- Lead the process of selecting startups for various accelerator/incubation/immersion programmes.
- Collaborate with team members to design and refine the curriculum, ensuring relevance and value.
- Coordinate with mentors, industry experts, and investors to provide the necessary resources and networking opportunities to startups.
- Measure programme success and implement improvements based on feedback and outcomes.
- Develop partnerships with other incubators, tech hubs, and relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
Degree holder with at least 10 years of experience in the startup ecosystem, with a focus on accelerator or incubator programmes.
Proven track record of managing and scaling accelerator programmes.
Deep regional market insights and a strong network in the startup ecosystem.
Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Passionate about entrepreneurship
Proven self-starter, able to work in a fast paced environment
Demonstrated consistent attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver
