The CyberSG R&D Programme Office (CRPO) is seeking to hire a Programme Director to provide overarching guidance and direction for Talents and Outreach, Consortium and Ecosystem development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish Talent Flow programmes on Scholarship Administration executed through NCL and iTRUST. Talent Building can be modelled after A*STAR and AISP instead of creating a new workflow- Organising of Workshops/Seminars/Training Sessions to support the attainment of Talent Building and Hackathon for local community/ecosystem- Forging global relations in attracting talents to contribute to Singapore’s Cybersecurity ecosystem- Absorb Talent Building tied in with Visiting Professorship Programme/WHALES aligned to Consortium outcomes on Ecosystem Management- Develop and implement strategies to identify, attract, and recruit top talents in cybersecurity research.- Establish and maintain relationships with past scholars to foster partnerships and facilitate knowledge exchange of current and future demands for cybersecurity research talents.- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to foster partnerships and facilitate knowledge exchange current and future demands for cybersecurity research talents.-
- Provide guidance and support to research talent, including mentoring and professional development opportunities.- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in cybersecurity research talent management.- Provide guidance in Talent & Outreach, Consortium and Ecosystem management where necessary.
Job Requirements:
- Minimally Bachelor degree with 10 years of relevant working experience and qualifications- Experience in planning and execution of large-scale Marketing Communications projects will have an advantage- Possess leadership qualities and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with different groups of stakeholders- Experience in international communications with potential industries- Excellent written and oral communication skills
