Digital Marketing and Recruitment Role
Shalom Movers is a trusted leader in relocation and logistics services, dedicated to delivering excellence, reliability, and care. We are expanding our team and seeking a dynamic professional who can drive employer branding, digital presence, and talent acquisition efforts.
As a Digital Marketing cum Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. This includes developing engaging content to boost brand awareness and online engagement, as well as creating marketing collateral in line with brand guidelines.
You will also manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting jobs to interviewing and hiring candidates for various roles. Additionally, you will liaise with department heads to identify staffing needs and job requirements, source candidates through job portals and social media, and maintain a candidate database and recruitment reports.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a diploma or degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field, as well as 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing and/or recruitment. You should also be proficient in social media ads, content creation tools, and Google Analytics. Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
