  • As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at TagLynk Careers Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in supporting startups and SMEs by providing top-notch talent acquisition solutions. With a focus on technology hiring for product startups, your main responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and securing high-caliber tech talent to ensure a smooth recruitment process.Your key responsibilities will involve collaborating closely with product startups to understand their hiring needs and technical requirements. You will be tasked with sourcing candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals. Conducting preliminary interviews to evaluate technical and cultural fit, scheduling interviews, managing candidate experience, and maintaining open communication throughout the process will also be part of your role.Building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline for technical roles like software developers, engineers, and architects, partnering with hiring managers to streamline recruitment processes, and offering expert guidance on market trends and hiring strategies will be essential. You will be expected to ensure timely and successful closures of technical positions while upholding a high level of candidate satisfaction.Additionally, you will contribute to employer branding initiatives, represent the company at networking events, job fairs, and other recruitment opportunities, and maintain candidate databases while providing regular updates to stakeholders.To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field, along with 2-4 years of experience in technology hiring, preferably in product startup environments. A solid understanding of the technology landscape, proficiency in sourcing candidates through various channels, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment are crucial. Your passion for startups and your keen interest in understanding their unique hiring needs will be key drivers of success in this role.,
