Job Title: Sales Enablement Expert

We are seeking a skilled professional to act as a bridge between our sales team, product/solution team, and potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand client needs and design solution proposals aligned with Cognotiv's SaaS and AI-powered platforms.
  • Deliver impactful presentations, live demos, and proof-of-concepts (PoC) for government agencies, ministries, or enterprise clients.
  • Partner with Sales to shape winning strategies and with Product/Tech teams to ensure feasibility.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years' proven experience in Pre-Sales / Solution Consulting / Business Analysis.
  • Direct expertise in at least 2 of these domains: education/govtech programs, learning & development/hr management solutions, SaaS platforms (B2B and/or B2C), AI-driven applications/data solutions.

Preferred/Advantageous:

  • Experience with government procurement, RFP/RFI, or tender processes.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, integration, and enterprise architecture.

  • Strong ability to connect technical capabilities with business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative skills.
