Sales Readiness Director

Are you looking for a challenging role that leverages your sales expertise to drive business growth? We are seeking an experienced Sales Readiness Director to join our Digital Sales team.

About the Role:

The Sales Readiness Director will play a critical role in enabling sales leaders and representatives to apply training, leverage resources, and engage with customers in real-world scenarios. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement practical solutions aimed at transforming sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhance sales teams' understanding of Visa products and sales strategies through hands-on application.
  • Localize and execute digital sales readiness and enablement strategy, ensuring sales teams are prepared to apply their training in everyday scenarios.
  • Develop and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs to improve real-world seller performance.
  • Analyze data to deliver insights that identify and refine training needs, assessing the effectiveness of regional readiness programs.
  • Lead cross-functional efforts within the region, aligning stakeholders behind a single, regional sales readiness and enablement calendar.
Requirements:
  • At least 12 years of experience in a full-cycle sales role, sales readiness, or related field with a focus on onboarding and skills development.
  • Experience coaching and delivering value selling or solution selling programs aligned to a sales methodology.
  • Client-facing experience guiding sales executives as trusted advisors through strategic advice based on deep knowledge of their business, challenges, and industry.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills, with the ability to engage teams and leaders across multiple seniority levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in multiple regional languages would be a plus.
  • Experience with a sales learning & engagement platform.
Additional Information:

This role is based in Singapore full-time in the office. Travel requirements are less than 10% of the time.
