About The Role – Head Of Business

As Head of Business , you'll engage with purpose-driven professionals to explore how our development offerings can support their growth. This is a thoughtful, insight-led position that emphasizes genuine connection over hard selling. It's suited to those who enjoy guiding others through transformative decisions with professionalism, empathy, and strategy.

Responsibilities You'll Own

  • Proactively connect with prospective clients through LinkedIn, Meta platforms, and other digital tools
  • Facilitate structured conversations that help individuals assess alignment with our programs
  • Use established processes to guide clients through an informed discovery and enrollment journey
  • Manage all communications and scheduling using platforms such as Zoom, CRM systems, and email
  • Take part in ongoing peer learning, skill development, and mentorship sessions
  • Track engagement metrics and refine outreach strategies based on best practices and insights

What Makes You a Strong Fit

  • At least 5 years of experience in business development, client success, sales, or partnerships
  • Excellent communication skills—clear, composed, and authentic
  • Self-motivated and organized with a strategic mindset
  • Curious and energized by leadership, coaching, or personal growth work
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Tech-comfortable: you know your way around digital tools or are ready to learn quickly
  • Familiarity with online outreach or advertising platforms is a bonus (training provided)
