Responsibilities:
Ensure regular updates and accurate maintenance of the employee database, personnel files, and other HR-related documentation.
Support a seamless onboarding process for new hires, including the preparation of workstations, provision of stationery, uniforms, and personal protective equipment (PPE), where applicable.
Provide administrative assistance in the processing of work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
Post and manage job openings across various platforms, ensuring consistency and visibility.
Serve as the Training Coordinator, overseeing the administration of employee training programs, including course approvals, registration, post-training evaluations, and the maintenance of training records.
Act as the approver for drivers’ trip claims, ensuring accuracy before final approval.
Plan, coordinate, and organize company meetings, events, and other activities as required.
Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of office premises and equipment, such as copiers, air conditioners, and water dispensers.
Provide general administrative support and assist with other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of HR-related experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of Unit4 Prosoft HRMS is an added advantage.
Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and/or local labour legislation.
Organised, meticulous, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
