Strategic Operational Expert
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead key manufacturing initiatives across the APAC region. This strategic role requires a strong foundation in digital transformation, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in lean methodologies, continuous improvement, and digitalization projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support strategic projects focused on digitalization, analytics, and automation initiatives.
- Coordinate the rollout of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) across multiple sites.
- Share best practices and contribute to regional Gap Assessments.
- Assist in developing technical training programs and skills matrices.
- Represent process and quality requirements in infrastructure planning and commissioning for new installations.
- Monitor internal performance indicators and support improvement efforts.
- Participate in integrated audits and maturity assessments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across operations, engineering, and supply chain.
Requirements:
- A degree in Engineering or Data Science is preferred.
- 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the chemical industry.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years in Continuous Improvement, with hands-on experience in Lean methodologies.
- Proven track record in digitalization and automation projects.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Continuous Improvement certification is a plus.
