Head of Compliance - Leading Data Centre My client is a leading and growing Data Centre firm and we are recruiting for a Head of Compliance mandate to be based in the Singapore office. You will be given the opportunity to support the global business on all compliance related matters in the region, and we are looking for candidates who are looking to scale their career in a leading name in the industry. Responsibilities Monitor and interpret relevant laws, regulations, and client obligations to develop and maintain effective compliance programs. Identify and mitigate compliance risks through internal reviews and strategic risk controls. Develop and manage global and local compliance policies via the Policy Board. Lead internal investigations into potential compliance breaches in collaboration with Legal and HR, ensuring timely and appropriate resolution. Provide compliance training and support. Requirements At least 10 years of Compliance experience in the relevant risk areas within the data centre/supply chain/vendor. Deep understanding of regulatory obligations with the ability to navigate complex issues and align actions with business strategy. Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; effective in cross‐functional environments.
