Job description:
1. Assist Head of Department in the internal control and compliance management, including formulation and supervision in implementing the relevant policies, frameworks, standard operating procedures (“SOPs”) and work plans at the Branch’s level.

2. In charge of the development, implementation, and maintenance of AML & sanctions program within the Bank, including designing/maintaining an AML risk assessment framework and leading the investigation duties relating to Suspicious Transaction Reporting (“STR”).

3. Take charge of AML data analytics and maintain AML monitoring systems

4. Responsible for the liaison and cooperation between counterpart department in Head office and other branches

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's Degree holder, with minimum 8 years of diversified compliance experience in the banking sector, preferably being in a managerial position leading a team.

2. An excellent communicator who possesses in-depth working knowledge in the compliance (including AML) space and exceptional leadership qualities.

3. Proficient in English and Chinese so as to liaise effectively with Head Office and local regulatory authorities
