Job Reference: Industry: Information and Communications Technology Consultant Registration Number: R EA License Number: 02C3423Responsibilities Design and lead implementations of IT infrastructure solutions that meet organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and security standards, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance. Contribute to organizational strategy through IT service planning, including business demand analysis and technical architecture across infrastructure domains. Collaborate with global architects to evaluate solutions, design technical standards, and develop strategic implementation frameworks. Innovatively maintain the overall infrastructure technology landscape, guiding regional and global rationalization efforts. Create and maintain engineering and architecture documentation as standard references. Engage with business units, application teams, and branches to understand requirements and design effective infrastructure platforms aligned with organizational objectives. Lead system and implementation engineers in detailed system design and deployment, following approved high-level architectures. Coordinate hybrid cloud infrastructure domains—Cloud Platform, Storage & Server, Network, Database, and End-User Services—including external vendors and offshore partners to maximize collaboration and synergy. Design physical and virtual platforms covering OS, databases, application servers, APIs, networking, and monitoring. Assess current infrastructure across regional offices and branches to propose centralization and transformation strategies in line with IT objectives. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field with ~15 years of relevant experience in financial services IT infrastructure. Proven experience as an infrastructure solution architect in multinational financial institutions with good knowledge of regulatory requirements. Excellent communication skills for building trust and collaborating with stakeholders across countries and departments. Strategic and analytical mindset with a track record of implementing innovative, performance-enhancing IT solutions. Experience designing scalable, resilient technical architectures with end-to-end integration across systems, channels, middleware, and data platforms. Experience integrating commercial off-the-shelf products and cloud solutions is highly desirable. Expertise in system integration patterns, enterprise architecture, microservices, and cloud computing services. Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, Cloud Solution Architect, or equivalents are highly desirable.
