**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Architectural Leadership**:Lead the design, planning, and implementation of advanced infrastructure solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term IT strategy.
Define technical architecture roadmaps and oversee the transition to next-generation infrastructure.
- **Infrastructure Design and Optimization**:Develop and implement infrastructure designs encompassing server, storage, database, middleware, and OS layers.
Evaluate existing systems and recommend upgrades or replacements to enhance performance, reliability, and scalability.
- **Project Management & Delivery**:Lead infrastructure projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholders, maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- **Stakeholder Management**:Engage with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable architecture solutions.
Present technical proposals and solutions to senior leadership in a clear and concise manner.
- **Security and Compliance**:Ensure that infrastructure designs adhere to the organization’s security, compliance, and data protection standards.
Incorporate security by design principles into all architectural considerations.
- **Team Mentorship**:Mentor and guide junior architects and technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Promote best practices in architecture design and system integration.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 10 years in a technical architect or senior infrastructure role.
- **Technical Expertise**: Strong background in infrastructure architecture, with hands-on experience in**:Server Systems **(Virtualization, High-Availability Clusters)
**Storage Solutions **(SAN/NAS, Backup & Recovery, Data Management)
**Databases **(RDBMS, NoSQL)
**Middleware **(Web Servers, Integration Platforms)
**Operating Systems **(Linux/Unix, Windows Server)
- **Architectural Design**: Proven track record in designing and implementing large-scale, complex infrastructure systems.
- **Leadership**: Experience leading architectural design sessions and guiding technical teams.
- **Communication**: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- **Certifications**: Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert are a plus.

- Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects and prioritize under tight deadlines.
- Experience in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP) is advantageous.
