- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in a solution architect or similar role with a strong focus on cloud and security technologies.
- Expertise in Zscaler, including configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Deep understanding of Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) and experience with identity and access management solutions.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft 365, including administration, deployment, and integration.
- Strong knowledge of Azure Cloud services, architecture, and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to a broad audience.
- Relevant certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, or similar are highly desirable.
