Job Overview:
As a seasoned construction supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of residential development projects. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to ensure seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and enforce compliance with contracts and regulations.

• Inspect materials and workmanship to guarantee quality standards are met.

• Perform quality control tests to verify the integrity of materials used in construction.

• Prepare detailed progress reports for clients, highlighting milestones achieved and areas for improvement.

• Interpret project drawings and specifications, ensuring accurate implementation.

• Represent client interests on-site, resolving any issues that may arise during the project.
Requirements:

• Hold a valid RTO accreditation from the Joint Accreditation Committee of Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) or Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES).

• Possess the Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course (BCSSC) certificate.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in residential development, with a proven track record of successful project completion.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts, as required by the project.

• Familiarity with PPVC Construction, Autocad, and BIM is an advantage.

• Strong team player with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

• Possess a Class 3 driving license.

• Hold a recognized Degree or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering from a reputable university or polytechnic.

• Well-versed in Technical Detailing and Drawing, as well as Construction Technology.
