Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Residential Building Supervisor to lead our construction projects. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of project specifications, construction drawings, and regulations.

  • Safeguard site activities by ensuring compliance with client requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor site works to guarantee method statements and work procedures are followed.
  • Conduct quality inspections and control materials used for the project.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 4 years of experience in residential building supervision.
  • Resident Engineer Certificate accredited by IES/ACES is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in statutory codes and requirements.
  • Excellent team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
