Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team as a ServiceNow Developer. This role is ideal for someone with 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and who is proficient in scripting, workflows, and integrations.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements is a key responsibility of this role.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to identify and prioritize business requirements effectively.
  • As a ServiceNow Developer, it is crucial to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that meets the required standards.
  • Code reviews and quality control checks should be undertaken to guarantee maximum efficiency and productivity in every project.
  • Debugging and fixing technical problems are also part of the responsibilities of this role.
  • Producing and running test cases to ensure software quality is another important aspect of this job.
  • Documentation of code and application functionality is also required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • With 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow development, we are looking for an individual with expertise in scripting, workflows, and integrations.
  • Experience with AutomatePro for configuration testing is also desirable.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall is preferred.
  • Gain familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) processes.
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities are essential for this role.
